CFT Tumbling Registration
Please remember about the levels when registering for a class. Level I instruction emphasis will be on developing proper handspring technique through proper instruction on the phases of the handspring. It is also for round offs, round off handsprings and for those wanting to be introduced to back tucks. It will involve conditioning and strength training to develop your strength and stamina.
Level II instruction emphasis will be on "light" spotted standing elements (handsprings and tucks). As well will involve instruction in tumbling pass elements such as layouts and full's.
Jumps will also be introduced and covered in our tumbling classes.

Level I Instruction

  Level I instruction emphasis will be on developing proper handspring technique through proper instruction on the phases of the handspring. ** Unless you have had FORMAL gym training you must start in Level I **

Class 1
 For those who have had very little tumbling instruction
Class 2
 For those who have been working on a back handspring but need the extra work to perfect it.
Class 3
 For those wanting to begin working on back tucks. Standing and in runs


Level II Instruction
  Level II instruction emphasis will be on "light" spotted standing elements (handsprings and tucks). As well will involve instruction in tumbling pass elements such as layouts and full's.
Class 1  For those who have progressed through Level I instruction and beginning work on elements in runs
Class 2
 Instruction will focus on multiple elements in runs. With end elements being tucks or layouts
Class 3
 For those working on multiple element runs and elite gymnastic skills.
